ORDERING INFORMATION

How do I place an order?

Placing an order for your custom photo announcement or invitation is as easy as 1, 2, 3! First, browse our design gallery and select a design you like. Next, click the "Order" button. Here you will input your personal information, upload your photos, and choose your options. Hey, I guess that was as easy as 1, 2!

Can I request changes to the design?

Absolutely, all of our invitations, announcements and designs are a starting place for your custom creation. When you find a design you like begin the ordering process where you'll upload photos and supply information on the card.

After your order is placed you'll corespond with a graphic designer who'll incorporate your vision into the design!

Can I get just the design with no printing?

Absolutely and if you are short on time or wish to have your announcements/invitations printed either at home or your local print lab, the Design Only option may be for you.

The ordering process is the same, but instead of printing your order for you, we will provide you will a high resolution .jpg of your card. Because the overhead of printing and shipping is removed turn-around time is typically only 2-3 days!

What payment methods do you accept?

We are able to process Visa, Mastercard, American Express. We are also happy to take a money order or personal check. Please keep in mind that if paying by check or money order, work will not begin until your payment has cleared.

How will I receive my proof?

Before your order is sent to print, you will receive a .pdf proof in your email. We encourage having another friend or family member view the proof as well to ensure there are no typographical errors.

Can I order more prints?

Absolutely! If you would like re-prints of a previously purchased design contact us for pricing.

RECEIVING YOUR ANNOUNCEMENTS

How long will it take for me to recieve my order?

Design only orders typically take 3-4 days. Turn around time for printed orders is about 10 business days, immediately upon the approval of your proof, your order will be sent to print.

We'll let you know once your order has shipped, and if during the process you'd like to know the status of your order, just send an email or give us a call.

What about envelopes?

Every printed order includes white envelopes

You can also upgrade to pink, green or blue envelopes for a small additional charge during the ordering process.

How much can I expect to pay for shipping?

For customers in the Boise area delivery is $4.95, standard shipping is $9.95, we also offer second day ($19.95) and over night ($29.95) options

If you order 100 or more of our 4x6 or 5x7 designs you get free local delivery or standard shipping and save $10 off second and over night options.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is our priority. In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the quality of our printed cards we will gladly re-print your cards or refund the printing fee. Unfortunately due to the custom nature of our product we do not offer refunds based on content you provide, so please check your proof carefully!

We encourage having friend or family member view the proof as well to ensure there are no typographical errors or mistakes in layout.

PHOTO QUESTIONS

How do I send my pictures?

You can upload your photos while placing your order, or email them to photos@itsybitsysmiles.com, please be sure to include your order number in the subject.

Please DO NOT crop your photographs prior to sending.

How many megapixels should my photos be?

In this case, bigger is better. And to that end we request your photos be at least 3 megapixels. If you have any question as to whether or not your photo will be suitable, just email photos@itsybitsysmiles.com and we'll take care of you. Remember, we can always make photos smaller, but we can't make them bigger.

What photo services do you provide for free?

Our designers will perform basic photo enhancements at no additional charge. These include: cropping, red-eye removal, brightening/lightening, conversion to black and white, sepia (aged/antiqued) and cyanotype (blue).

What is your enhanced photo service?

We're glad you asked! Our enhanced photo service includes "selective coloring" in which a photo is converted to black and white (or sepia) and then portions of the photo are selectively colored. Highlighted areas often include the eyes, lips, a hat, a bow... really the sky's the limit. If you have special requests, it never hurts to ask. ;)

Can I use professional or studio photos?

Yes, provided your photographer signs a release. Your photographer may have his/her own release form, either is acceptable. Once signed, simply fax (208-888-0609) or email (info@itsybitsysmiles.com) the form back to us.
